                      Healthy 6 fruites juice

Here's a recipe for a healthy 6 fruits juice that you can make at home using a juicer or blender:


Ingredients:

2 medium-sized apples

2 medium-sized oranges

1 medium-sized banana

1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup of fresh strawberries

1 cup of fresh blueberries 

   


Instructions:

• Wash all the fruits thoroughly.

 • Peel the oranges and cut them into sections.

• Cut the apples into smaller pieces and remove the core and seeds.

 • Cut the banana into chunks.

 • Add all the fruits into a blender or juicer.

 • Blend or juice until smooth.

 • If using a blender, strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or seeds.
